Protein Ninja Creami Banana Cream Pie

You don’t need pudding mix to make a great Ninja Creami banana pudding pie ice cream. Plus, it has over 34 grams of protein. A win!

Ninja Creami Banana Cream

It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and made with simple ingredients: protein powder, sliced bananas, and Biscoff cookies.

I also love that the base has milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and banana, then the Ninja Creami does the rest.

This easy ice cream is perfect for when you want something low calories without making an entire dessert from scratch.

Why You’ll Love This Banana Pudding Pie Ice Cream

  • No Pudding Mix Needed – You can make this creamy banana ice cream without pudding mix. The banana and milk are the base.
  • Simple Ingredients – Only need protein powders and ingredients you’ll find in your pantry.
  • Biscoff Cookie Mix-In – The Biscoff cookies are added after the first spin, so you get little pieces throughout the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, divided
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Biscoff cookies

How to Make Banana Pudding Pie Ice Cream

Put the container in the freezer while you prepare the ice cream base.

Add the milk, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and remaining banana to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the banana mixture into the Ninja Creami container with the frozen banana slices.

Make sure you don’t fill the container above the maximum fill line. Place the lid on securely and freeze for 24 hours.

When you’re ready to make the ice cream, run the outside of the container under hot water for about 1 minute. This helps reduce the amount of ice buildup and makes it easier for the machine to process the frozen mixture.

Place the container into your Ninja Creami and select the Light Ice Cream setting.

Let the machine complete the cycle.

Make a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add the Biscoff cookies.

Run the container through another cycle using the Mix-In setting.

If the container is overfilled, scoop off any excess before running the Mix-In cycle.

Once the Mix-In cycle is finished, scoop the banana pudding pie ice cream into a bowl or cone and enjoy.

How to Store

Keep your banana pudding pie ice cream in the Ninja Creami container with the lid securely in place and store it in the freezer. For the best texture and flavor, I recommend enjoying it within 1–2 weeks.

If the ice cream becomes very firm after sitting in the freezer, let it sit out for a few minutes before serving. You can also run it through the Ninja Creami again if needed to bring back that thick, creamy texture.
